Contact Form
The contact information that you submit in our contact form (such as your name and email) is treated as confidential. We will never share your contact information with any other third party. The email address you provide will be used only for the purposes of responding to your request.
The information that you submit in our contact form is not stored in our servers. Instead your request and contact information are compiled as an email message that is automatically forwarded to our email account in order to reply to your request. A private email communication will be initiated to reply to your request. We currently use GMail as our email provider, a service offered by Google. The privacy and the security of the information stored in our email account is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Previous email communications are archived in our GMail account for our records. Email communications that have been inactive for more than 3 months are deleted. If you wish you can ask to delete our email communication at any time.
Save/Load Functionality
Saving files directly to your device is not allowed by internet browsers for security reasons. The save/load functionality inside the calculation form is implemented as follows: when you press the save button the input information is submitted to our servers where it is compiled into a single text file (.json file) that is offered to be downloaded to your device. The submitted information includes the data that you provide in the print header, such as designer's name and project name, for your convenience. The submitted information is not stored in our servers after the file download has completed.
Contact & Communication
The contact information that you submit in our contact form (name and email) will be used only for the purposes of responding to your request. We will never contact you for any other reason such as marketing and promotion. In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us that seems unsolicited (spam), please notify us using our Contact Form in order to investigate the issue.
